1) There are three speed in this product , so press it three times to get required speed 2) Please keep product in flat surface and in correct position(Button for fan speed should be in top position) so it do not leak, if it is kept upside down it will leak as lid is openable. 3) Please use high volt usb plug, more than 2 A voltage , so product works correctly
